Who Wore It Best?

OK. I usually think it's cheesy when magazines or blogs take similar outfits and compare them, but I couldn't resist this one. I'm interested in which dress you think works better because both have similar patterns. Is Paris' dress too much and Tara's spot on? Or is Tara's dress too Forever 21 and Paris' more unique?
