I don't know why, but I think that Patrick Dempsey looks hot in this picture. If I were walking on the street and passed by him, I would've caught his eye and smiled. Most of you are probably wild for McDreamy. I don't watch his show and can't remember if I ever thought he was cute---maybe in Can't Buy Me Love. Hmm..he has a bit of a belly, though. Hot or not?

you are harsh! he does not have a belly. that is how the human body is shaped. if he lost 5 lbs you'd have him on ana alert!
